Our products are manufactured in Hamburg, Germany.

The materials used and the high quality workmanship guarantee an exclusive pet product

which will give many years of pleasure to you and your pet.

 

Will my Cat use the furniture?

Some Cats will use it straight away, other Cats will first want to observe for a while before making their first steps

on their new furniture. On average, Cats will get used to new furniture between 1-3 days.

 

My cat is quite big and heavy, are the furniture is stable enough?

What payment types do you accept? 

You have the choice to transfer the money in advance to our German bank account or PayPal. 

 

How do you deliver? / How much are the shipping cost?

The furniture will be delivered free to you within Germany. For the shipping costs of all other itemsplease check the

related product descriptions. Of course your order can be picked up by arrangement also here in Hamburg.

 

I Don´t live in Germany, can i order anyway? 

Of course, we also deliver our products to you abroad. Residents from these countries (Belgium, Denmark, France,

Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slowenia, Czech Republic, UK) can order directly from our online shop, please see the item description for the particular shipping costs.

We are happy to deliver the products to you anyway. Please contact us in person at to get an individual offer

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery times for the furniture are approximately 2-3 weeks. For the delivery times for all the other items please

check the related product descriptions. The shipping abroad may take longer.

 

Do I have to assemble the furniture myself?

All furniture except for the cat tree ARCHE come in assembled state to you. Where necessary,

the product comes with the suitable screws, wall mounts and instruction manuals.

 

What if I do not like the product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you can send back your purchase (in its original undamaged state)

within 2 weeks after delivery, just send an mail to . We will then refund your purchase
